Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy may help a lot. Diagnostic Laparoscopy and if required any procedures helps in some cases. Continue the medicines as advised by your Doctor and you will added on with further treatment as per the causes found on clinical evaluation and examination. If all the investigations are normal and the medical management ineffective, you may be treated on the lines of IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome.
