Suggest Remedy For Stomach Bloats & Nausea

I have on and off feeling bloated stomach, nausea (didn't throw-up), don't want to eat, feeling full all the time, and some what dizzy for over the few days. My period usually come 25-35 days after the last one end, my last period started around Thanksgiving. I always felt like my period is coming now, but not yet. I took some digestive medicine that usually help for overeating, but didn't really help. I also tried to eat less, which makes me feel a little bit better, but I still have all the symptoms when I didn't eat for a long time or right after I ate. Maybe: per-menstrual period syndrome, pregnant (me and my bf have a romance on 12/9, through the whole process he didn't go into my vagina, and the penis have no direct contact of my body, I also wash my hand with soap right after I touch his penis), weird flu, or overeating???

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The symptoms of bloating, nausea, feeling full hence do not want to eat, dizziness in spite of digestive medicines indicate that there may be sub-clinical intestinal infection that the body could not control, a sort of gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool test for three consecutive days.
Also get the blood tests for CBC, diabetes, thyroid and liver functions.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor and correlation with the reports will help us to get the proper diagnosis and a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole may help you the best.

Also take probiotics, digestive enzymes, activated charcoal tablets.
Take a PPI and Domperidone.
All these things will surely help you to get well soon.
Rarely an Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy along with ultrasonography may be needed to get a proper diagnosis and plan for further management.
