Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

I couldnt sit in fan and cooler because early in the morning as i wake,my stomach will fill with unwanted gas.this bring pain in waist and almost all my body.i feel that something is filling up full in my body.Besides from my childhood when i travel i got stomach pain not every day but but sometime sometime.at that time when i press my stomach, i feel a bit beter.but this year it is even more common.so food i should take, and which one should i avoid.

Hi thanks for asking question.

You have digestive problem mainly.
But first rule out h.pylori infection by urea breath test and treated accordingly...

You can take more fiber containing food like apple, whole grain , wheat bran , banana etc
Beet green rich in beta carotene smooth the bowel movement.
Avocados help in maintaining digestive health....
Cooked oatmeal rich in zinc, antioxidant , thiamin etc..so sooth GI tract....
Junk food taken very less.
Regular exercise need with 2 to 3 liter water daily....

If still problem remain do USG abdomen for rule out organic cause ....
