Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

My daughter is feeling low energy, she feels like her food is digesting too quickly (she ate 3 eggs, a container of yogurt, and oatmeal; didn t feel full or stomach distension.) She also doesn t have the urge to urinate, but has no problem releasing urine.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history related to your daughter who is feeling low energy, feels like her food is digested too quickly, no urge to urinate but has no problem releasing.
The most probable cause can be found on clinical evaluation by her Doctor and investigations like that of blood, urine and stool.
Actually eating this much as you explained wold not really cause any distension or so.
If the urination is no problem, then she is taking less of water intake. Ask her to increase the intake and she will be fine.
As for the digestions if there are no symptoms related to intestines or stool, this is no worry.
Stress and/or anxiety too can make one feel low.
I would advise her the following, Clinical evaluation and investigations.
Change of lifestyle to suit the new things in life.
There must be something to bother her showing up the symptoms she has talked about.
I find this answer helpful
