Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments And Bitter Taste In Mouth

I have acute gastritis problem from last three months.After dinner, within four - five hours ,in the middle of night , i start getting sour burps, and stomach juices in my throat and become very restless and anxious and after that i am unable to sleep .As adviced by my Doctor, I am taking Pantocid HP kit (for 7 days) at present, there is a little relief, but my mouth is always having bitter taste, My motion is not perfect and slightly loose since i started the medicine. Please advice.

Thank you for posting your query.

as your prescribed Pantocid HP kit, you need to repeat the H.pylori test after 4 weeks of initiation of treatment (pantocid Kit). if the H.pylori test comes out negative, well and good,
if the test comes positive, then you might need to repeat therapy again.
meanwhile:
- if age>55 , and/OR anemic and/OR pass black stool, better to straightaway undergo endoscopy.
- even after 7 days of Pantocid kit therapy, you may continue to take "Pantocid OR Nexium 40mg", once daily before breakfast.
- use two pillows under your head, when you lie down/sleep.
- eat your last mean 3 hours before going to bed
-Avoid spicy food, oil rich food,
- No smoking and NO alcohol.
- do NOT eat mouth full.
-no cold drinks and NO junk food
- eat more fruits especially those rich in vitamin C (citrus fruits)
- try to avoid drinking water at the end of a meal.
