Suggest Remedy For Sponge Like Spot On Top Of Back Between Neck And Shoulder

I have a relative I am concerned about. I noticed a spot on her top of back between neck and shoulder. It is approximately 1/4 inch in size and resembles an appearance on a sponge in appearance. It has one growth on top of another that looks in this manner. Her husband says she has had it for a while but she herself had no knowledge of it when I told her last week. What do you think it could be? Thank Can t pay so thanks anyway for your help. Hopefully she will know soon from a doc herself.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history we need to examine the lesion for perfect diagnosis and treatment.
It is better to consult a dermatologist and then give for skin biopsy if required to reach the diagnosis.
At present my only treatment advice is not to apply any cream if it is not itching as it may worsen the condition.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
