General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there.

Since you do not have any of the symptoms mentioned by you an immediate evaluation with the doctor is not necessary. However I would recommend asking someone from your family to examine the area of your skull which you hit for any injury like a cut which will need first aid care. You may also take a pain killer like paracetamol to reduce pain if you have any.

Please write in if you have any further questions.
Take care.
