Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Pain In Foot

I was on holiday and slipped on a wooden floor and managed to hit my foot on a bedside table, since then there is no saw where I hit it but there is a shoot bond under the skin which if I wear high heels seems to swell and hurts quite a lot. I m not sure if I have damaged the nerve or damaged some of the bone but there is a definite long on my foot which doesn t seem to be going down. It does hurt if I press it too much or if I were trainers that all too tightly tied.

Hello,

I have studied your case history.

Traumatic hit injury can lead to bruise due to hematoma formation.
If there is fracture in your foot bone then it is difficult to walk on it
You will need X ray of ankle and foot.
Clinical examination is important to rule out knee ligament injury

For these symptoms analgesic like ibuprofen and chymotrypsin medication can be started.

Apply crepe bandage over leg or use supportive splint. Do ice fomentation and rest to leg.
