Suggest Remedy For Sore Throart
I'm a 37 yo female. Last night at dinner, I choked briefly on a piece of raw carrot. I woke up with a horrible sore throat, that has been getting worse all day. I keep coughing as well, as if trying to clear my throat. does this sound like a normal response to the irratation in my throat?

hello, thanks for your query, choking followed by removal of foreign body( carrot) could have injured d tiny vessels of voice box and mucosal ulcers of throat which leads to cough and sore throat. kindly visit an ent surgeon for evaluation and proper treatment. all the best. take care.
