Suggest Remedy For Soft Mucus Stools In Infants

My14 mo old has been having very soft, unformed stool for 3 days with undigested food in them. Some are mucousy. This am was the worst. Went down her leg and filled her diapper. Very foul smelling. Otherwise she seems fine. No temp, fussiness, irritability, no abd pain.
