Suggest Remedy For Snoring

Hi Sir, I have severe problem of snoring. I am not over-weighted and also this problem continues even if I sleep by side. i am not suffering from cold recently .but when i am eating warm food or food with more chilly,nose will fill with watery discharge .Can you please tell me non- surgical treatment for it ?

snoring is alarm signal for future development of hypertension and mataboloc syndrome. so snoring should be treated adequatly. bipap machine is the prefferd choce for snoring.
