Suggest Remedy For Small Lump On Penis

i have a small lump of skin on my penis, its where the foreskin connects to your penis (i think its nicknamed the banjo ) and it has appeared basically out of nowhere. it doesnt hurt, it doesnt have puss, it doesn t burn or itch. im just freaked out, it came out of nowhere. some of the skin feels dead as i cannot feel it at all. the lump has no head to it, like no yellow or anything, its on my skin so its visable. can i just know what it could be and advice?

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be smegma. Slowly open the foreskin and clean the smegma. Lymph node enlargement due to local bacterial infection can also cause this issue. Share a picture for confirmation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
