Hi,

As per your query, you have small blisters on face after a face wax which seems to be due to heat rash and it could be due to an allergic reaction to any one of the ingredient.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply over the counter antibiotics cream and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. Apply ice compresses on face. Consult a dermatologist if the condition doesn't get well. The doctor may prescribe antibacterial along with steroid ointment for short use depending upon the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
