Suggest Remedy For Slight Burning Feeling While Urinating

Lately I have experienced a slight burning feeling while urinating. It is not consistent and seems to go away if I drink a lot of fluids so I thought it might be related to dehydration or stress. The most recent incident has left a slight sensation in the tip of my head. I dont know if this is because the urine was so potent that it agrivated the head or something else. I have had the same sexual partner for the past 9 months with few before her all of them being more than a year ago.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to lower urinary tract infection and associated urethritis. Doing an urine routine test will be helpful to rule out infection. If there is sign of infection and you were my patient then i would advise antibiotic like norfloxacin empirically and send urine for culture and sensitivity. Antibiotic can be changed if necessary after culture report. Taking sodium citrate in water will be helpful in alkalizing urine and get rid off infection faster.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
