Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms do not seem to be related to any neurological disorders.

Instead, I would recommend consulting with a rheumatologist for a physical exam and some tests:

- complete blood count
- sedimentation rate, PCR for inflammation
- ANA, ANCA, ENA
- rheumatoid factor levels.

Other tests may be needed.

Regarding lack of sleep, it is caused by the joint pain. It is important have a better treatment of the joint disorder (which seems to be arthritis), in order to have a better sleep.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings, Dr. Aida
