Suggest Remedy For Skin Bump

I had a skin bump (not quite a skin tag, but a left over bump from a previous procedure) frozen. How do I care for the area while it s healing? Is it ok to wash with soap & water? Do I need to put an antibiotic ointment on it until it falls off? Thanks.

Hi

You seem to have developed a superficial skin wound after the procedure.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
The scab should fall by itself in a week to ten days .
