Suggest Remedy For Sinusitis With Foul Green Discharge
Hello, For the past month I have had foul sinus drainage, neon green in color and an odor that smells like horse manure....no kidding. Using a netty pot helps briefly. No fever, minimal sinus pain but truly ugly drainage.. Have not resorted to antibiotics yet. Thoughts? Thanks, Lee

We usually suggest decongestants (not antihistamines) and neti pot or frequent nasal saline. If that does not work after a few weeks you may need an antibiotic.
