In case of presence bacterial infection characterised by purulent discharge proper antibiotics should be taken. Adequate sinus drainage should be ensured by nasal decongesnts like oxymetazoline. Anti inflammatory drugs like nimusulide helps in decreasing pain and inflammation. I also advise to take vitamin C chewable form in patients with such condition which also help to get ridd off this.
