Suggest Remedy For Sinus Infection And Runny Nose

I took disproves injection last night because I ve been suffering for 2 month sinus infection with sneezing , runny nose swollen eyes can t breath when sleeping had to use different nasal drops. Finally I decided after talking to a doctor he recommended diprofos I have a terrible headache & nausea

Hi,

I think the symptoms you are having may be related to taking diprofo. The best remedy for sinus infection and runny nose are follows. Drink lots of fluids. Drinking fluids and staying hydrated when dealing with a runny nostril can be beneficial if you additionally have signs of nasal congestion.
-Hot teas
-Facial steam
-Hot shower
-Neti pot
-Eating spicy foods
-Capsaicin
