I'm 29. I stopped breastfeeding 12 months ago, and my breasts are still shrinking. I saw a dr (one who is all too ready to prescribe) and she said that's normal. But I don't even fully fill out my size 32A bra and it concerns me! While I was breastfeeding, I was a 32C, which is a huge difference. She did give me birth control pills to help regulate my now prolonged periods. But I'm also concerned about my family's strong history of ovarian and breast cancer. Any suggestions?
