Its your diaphragm surgery, that is the main cause of problem. What happens is, when we surgically repair a tissue, a scar is formed in that area of manipulation. If the scar is along the lines of a muscle, it poses less problem in contraction of the muscle. But if there was a random tear in diaphragm, and unfortunately that was opposite/perpendicular to the lines of the muscle, it poses a risk that scar tissue may hinder the movement of muscle. Sometimes in these surgeries
fibrosis adds to the difficulties.
