Suggest Remedy For Severe Throbbing Pain And Swelling At The End Of Nasal Septum
At the distal end of my nasal septum I have extreme swelling and redness near my upper lip. The pain is constant and throbbing radiating into my upper lip and teeth and also into my forehead. Not sure what is going on. I see no white or black head like a pimple so I m confused.

From history it seems that there might be having acute infection in nasal cavity on septum producing boil, induration and swelling.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
