Suggest Remedy For Severe Throat Infection, Blocked Nose And Fever

Hello. I have had a severe sore throat, blocked nose and fever for the past 4 days. Yesterday I noticed big white patches and pus on my tonsils. Today I have begun to experience pressure and terrible pain in my right ear and my hearing has become altered

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that you started with having viral throat infection and leading to the symptoms of congestion, sore throat and fever and it is supersceded with bacterial infection leading to white patches over the tonsils and pain in ear is due to ear infection that is commonly seen secondary to throat infection..
Reduced hearing seems to be due to fluid accumulation behind ear dru due to infection..
I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room.
Decongestants oral as well as nasal like Xylometazoline nasal and phenylephrine oral can help..
Saline nasal irrigations can also help..
For ear infection antibiotic ear drops like Gentamycin ear drops can relieve..
