General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be respiratory infection (bronchitis). Physical examination by your GP or physician will be helpful to rule out this. X ray examination might be needed in case of inconsistency in diagnosis. For my patients with such condition I would advise antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav, mucolytics like guaphenesin, anti histamines like cetrizine and bronchodilator like terbutaline. Take warm fluids like tea with lemon, warm chicken soup with pepper etc. Taking chewable vitamin C is also good.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
