Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Thighs And Legs While Treating Pott S Spine

hello sir i am 30 yr lady diagnosed potts spine in 2015 jan,after that i got treatment antitubercular drugs and feeling better but i gained 12 kg extra wieght and sometimes i m getting severe pain in my thighs and legs ,please suggest me good diet plan and exersises.

- Walking in fresh air , rotatory movements of lower back ( gradual ) ,
sleeping supine position with circumferential movements of hips 180
degrees in clock wise and anti clock wise help great .
