Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In The Neck & Back
I have been receiving treatment for Degenerative disc Syndrome in my neck & back for around 5 yrs now I recently went through a separation & wasn t able to pay the price to pay to be seen by the Clinic I was going to. I have Tenncare however I have bn waiting for a Referral from my Dr. to a place that I could be treated but I have bn waiting for over a month now with no results what should I do, what can I do this is rediculouse? ! I m living miserably in severe pain everyday!

Hi,
It seems that this problem might be due to pinched nerve pressure due to cervical spondilits.
Till you consult orthopedic surgeon, take NSAID medicine like Diclophenac, paractamol combination along with Omeprazole.
Go for neck exercise,short way diathermy.
Avoid putting pillow under the neck while sleeping.
Ok and take care.
