Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Shoulders And Elbow After A Fall

Age : 9 years girl Weight: 35 KG s Incident: Tripped & fall an on floor, landed on right side shoulder/elbow/hand Symptoms: severe pain, no indications of swelling / inflammation on hand Given Imol ( ibuprofen 100 mg paracetamol 162mg, however pain is not reducing
