Hello, You are having severe pain in the right side of the abdomen below the rib cage, it is indicative of biliary colic, gall stones, liver disorder, IBS, gastrointestinal disease, liver dysfunction/ enlargement, etc. You should take antispasmodic, one stat when needed to ease pain. Take antacids and PPIs. It is equally effective. Get clinically examined by a GP and get urinalysis, stool culture, ultrasound, CT, scan, endoscopy, etc., to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. You will be treated (conservative treatment or surgery) accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any and avoid trans fat, fatty / oily food, cheese, red meat, etc., for a couple of days to help relax your metabolic system. Take easily digestible food. Take care.
