Hello,

There are multiple reasons by which lupus can affect your feet. This includes planter fasciitis, arthritis and Raynaud's disease. I suggest you to visit your rheumatologist as soon as possible to rule out serious complications first after careful assessment of your feet. You might need steroids for your pain too but let him be the best judge for your illness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
