Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Collar Pain

So I ve been experiencing collar bone pain for a month now. It hurts when I move my arm and when I breath or try to stay still. It hurts all the time and it hurts a lot. I ve used icy hot and some Advil but no relief. On the inner part of my collar bone where it dips if I press it I get excruciating pain all along my collar bone. What s wrong!?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for sharing your query on Healthcaremagic, I have carefully worked through your case and I'm thinking about an inflammatory process on your collar bone probably caused by arthritis or some ligament injury, I recommend you to keep the ice hot and Advil, plus some OTC anti-inflammatory pills, the most important thing is avoid to lift any weight or exaggerates movements with your arms because are going to reflect to your collarbone some hot-water bottle can help you and don't forget that immobilization is essential. I hope that my advice has been helpful, take care
