Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To C6/7 Diffuse Disc Osteophytes Complex And Flat Thecal Sac
C6-7 diffuse disc osteophytes complex is present along with small osteophytes anteriorly and posteriorly uncovertebral osteophytes are also present. There is mild flattening of the thecal sac. Bilateral neuroforminal narrowing seen. Also c7 and t1 mild bilateral degenerative changes are present. What can help with pain.??

Osteophytes and disc protrusion with or without foraminal narrowing is usually present in adults and elderly people due to age related degeneration. Pain without weakness or bladder bowel involvement may be managed by neck collar, isometric neck exercises, drugs for pain modulation like pregabalin , gabapentin, amitryptiline and analgesics like tramadol, Aceclofenac with muscle relaxant.
