I was ridding a bike an the chain fell off causeing all the force onto my left knee cap straight on to a bolt. It is very painfill. It hurts more standing an sitting then it does to walk. Its warm to the touch an very pain full for me to touch. Its swollen an bruised from where Impact hit. I have a limp now. What do I do

I would recommend you following.
1.ice application
2. Tablet Brufen daily
3.Voletran ointment
4. Compression bandage
If pain persist than get x ray to confirm if there is any hairline fracture is there.
