Suggest Remedy For Severe Nausea, Heartburn And Vomiting Caused By Acid Reflux

I have several things going on and I m not sure any of them are connected but here goes... I have been having problems with nausea, heartburn and vommitting if not medicated due to acid reflux and hiatal hernia for a few years now but this past year I have had some dizzieness that concerns me it just happens out of the blue no certain time or anything and ever so often I hear wind and or water in my ears can you help?

Thanks for your query.
Nausea, heartburn and vomiting can be due to GERD, acidity lax lower sphincter of esophagus and so on.
Go for upper GI endoscopy and get a proper diagnosis and treatment in the for m of PPI, Domperidone and antacid gel orally, reduction of anxiety and stress help a lot. Avoid foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the symptoms.
Another main concern is dizziness and feeling of air or fluid in the ear is an ENT problem and may or may not be related to the GERD problem.
Consult an ENT and get a clinical check up to get the probable diagnosis and get treated accordingly like otitis media, labirynthitis and so on.
IF needed for for HRCT of the ears and brain.
