First of all please exclude if there is any dandruff or fungus on scalp. These are to be treated first.

Then we can plan to grow hair if there is no major loss. Hair growth is possible but its very slow in such cases but once initiated, will sustain for long. You will have to prepared for such medicine by cleansing the bowels, flaring natural appetite, supply of nutrients needed for hair growth via herbal route etc.

Antioxidants, if used, should be natural like Indian gooseberry etc and other herbs and local applications made of hair growth helpers.

If you agree, may contact again and we can prepare a pathway for your help. First of all pl treat scalp disease, if any.

Hope it helps.
