The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is androgenic alopecia. The mainstay of treatment for it is topical minoxidil which can be used in 5 percent concentration in males and 2 percent concentration in female twice a day over your scalp.Tablets containing Biotin may also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
