Hi thanks for contacting HCM.... Here you could have viral infection.... It could be .... -bronchitis -bronchiolitis -sore throat with pharyngitis .... Symptomatic management done... As viral infection headache can occur as constitutional symptom or by sinusitis.... Steam inhalation useful.... To relieve congestion benadryl like antihistaminic drug given.... If blocked nose present use oxymetazoline nasal drop for short term.... Drink more water.... Avoid excess spicy and fried food.... If condition worsen then chest x ray needed.....for further work up.... Garlic , onion good for including in diet.... Take care ... Dr.Parth
