Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain And Shortness Of Breath

My son inlaw is having this happening.... He started with a hoarseness, shortness of breath, now extended stomach and stomach pain. His bowels have been effected as well. However, his blood pressure is a 139 over 82 and he has been watching his diet for several weeks but has not loss.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your son in law having hoarseness, shortness of breath and now stomach pains.
Clinically this looks to be flu giving the respiratory symptoms as well as the stomach pains.
I would advise him the following:
To get a clinical evaluation to get a confirmed /probable diagnosis and to get a proper symptomatic treatment and investigations of blood and others if needed.
Review the case after a few days to see whether there is any development of further presentation and to get treated accordingly.
