Suggest Remedy For Sever Cramps During Menstrual Cycle

I am a 25 year old woman and I ve always had SEVERE cramps during my menstrual cycle. The first day was always the worst, but now that I m older, I m starting to realize that it s getting worse. I m in really bad pain EVERY DAY of my cycle. I often feel extremely sharp pain in my buttocks around this time. My cramps are so bad that my body starts shaking. Could I have Endometriosis?

Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

There could be many causes for this problem. Sometimes uterine fibroid, endometriosis, and other causes can lead to severe cramping pain.

It is best you get down to a Gynaecologist top rule out the causes for the same.

You can apply warm soaks to help in relief of the pain. Your Doctor will prescribe medication to reduce the pain with muscle relaxants.

Thanking you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
