Suggest Remedy For Scrotal Pain In A Child Due To Having Scrotal Pearl

My son was having scrotal pain about a year ago,he is 10.his pcp ordered a ultrasound and they found a scrotal pearl and he right now at this moment is having scrotal pain.it has been a while since hes had this pain.what can i do to help with the pain,he is already on augmenton for another issue,can i use that and maybe ibuprofen. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion this need to be seen by the urosurgeon and this the best option you have no need to take this as granted certain condition are there and these need to be ruled out, (Congenital disease) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
