Suggest Remedy For Sarcoidosis And Sinus Infection

I have pah. Also sarcoidosis, which is currently stable. Currently on continuous oxygen. Recently went from 5 to 5 1/2 lpms since late December due to low to mid 80s sats when casually active in the house. Last week I had a sinus infection. Now it seems like my sats are staying in the low to mid 80s when active in the house. I have to turn my oxy up to 6+ lpms to do daily activities, but then when I sit down, my sats are 98-99. I have had a previous history of blood clots in both lungs 2 yrs ago & no longer am on blood thinners. Should I contact my pulmonologist now or just mention it to him next month during my regular appt.?
