Suggest Remedy For Rough, Thickened, Cracked, Bleeding Skin On The Knuckles

On a few of my fingers I have developed a rough and dry thickening of skin on my knuckles. They sometimes crack open and bleed. A pumice stone shaves it down and I don t feel the skin, but it just comes back. I have been told it might be eczema, but I am not convinced. I need help please, and I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to get rid of this?

Hi
This does sound like inflammatory eczema but it could also be psoriasis
Tacrolimus cream may help but it would be best to see a dermatologist and get a biopsy of the skin to confirm the diagnosis
I find this answer helpful
