Suggest Remedy For Redness At The Insertion Site Of Supra Pubic Catheter

I have a supra pubic catheter and the insertion site is red, has green or yellow discharge, smells bad, or is bleeding more than usual. I also have more pain around the abdomen, I am on a low dose antibiotic as since having the op until after Christmas I had regular uti and kidney pain/infection.

Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic
You have got catheter associated infection at the site. I would strongly advice to visit your physician or nearest hospital for the treatment.
You require consultation and certain diagnostic test to know the causative bacterial agent for the infection based on which antibiotic and other supportive treatment can be initiated.
Hope this is clear to you

Thanks
