Suggest Remedy For Redness And Pain In The Lower Lip
My question is the same as some I have been reading. The corners of my mouth as well as my lower lip are red, raw and sting when eating salt or citrus. I am not deficient in B-12 and although I was anemic recently I seem to be over that. My doctor prescribed nystatin mouthwash. It helped a little but did not cure it. I am using a ton of lip balm stuff to stop the pain. I am a female, 70 yrs old and have had a lot of dental work in the past two years.

symptoms are of typical riboflavin(vitamin B-2) deficiency which are frequently found in alcoholics. only external application of these products will not cure this problem if deficiency remains.
