I have a red shiny sore on my penis that appears on my shaft. After a few days it scabs and flakes. I went to an std clinic and all my test came back negative for infections. One of the doctors at the clinic told me it was nothing but a fungus infection from jock itch and will go away with jock itch spray. I've been using the spray regularly hoping the red spot would heal. Now more have appeared around the base of my penis. The only time it irritates me is when it rubs against my shorts. I had sexual intercourse with a girl who had trich back in april or 2010. I was treated for the condition with a shot and was given a prescription to take orally 2 times a day for a week. I thought maybe it was coming from friction of masterbation but I stopped and it continues . It scares the hell out of me and I don't know what to do, Please help me!
