Suggest Remedy For Recurring Symptoms Of Strep And Mono In A Child

My 11 year old son has symptoms of mono and strep lasting 5-7 days..cleared for a week and now returned. Blood tests and cultures taken have returned negative on both occasions. He remains lethargic with sore throat heading into day 4. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be allergic condition and now it need to be managed accordingly and no need to give any antibiotic but care need to be taken for hydration and fever and let finish the course of fever, no need to worry about this, symptomatic medicine can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
