Suggest Remedy For Recurring Nasal Blockage
Morning doctor, my nose blocks every day in evening hours for which makes me difficult in breathing. For instant relief i am using xylomist nasal spray. But i want to be free of this congestion, really it makes me very discomfort. Pls advice your valuable inputs so that i can follow to be free.

The most definite treatment is septoplasty which can be done at your ENT specialist
In our OPD for patients not willing for surgery, we prescribe Tab Levocet 5mg HsX 5 days, and nasal decongestant as you are using.
