hi there.. may i age please?First get a Complete blood profile done. Then on, If the muscle ache is due to exhaustion or fatigue... a change in lifestyle, diet style ( vegetables & cereals, milk, yoghurt, meat if your nonveg, eggs) , drinking plenty of water to hydrate yourself ( 3-4 litres /day is essential) and a balanced exercise.. start with walking small distances should definitely help. Is your appetite alright.Do not pop pills for headache. Just relax in adim lit/ dark quiet room. Do you have migraine??? Practise breathing exercises to begin slow and deep and relax alot.. not in bed, but sitting in agarden with fresh air
