Suggest Remedy For Recurring Mood Swings, Dizziness And Fatigue Post Puberty

Hi, my daughter is 12 years old and has been feeling poorly, queezy, tired, dizzy for months now and has a slight cough and temperature (normally at night time) that doesn t seem to go away. She started her puberty (first period) in April. She also feels suddenly very sad. It is as if her immune system has gone down a bit. What could be wrong with her and what is the best way forward?

Your daughter aged 12years has reoccuring mood swings , dizziness,fatigue cough and evening fever should be investigated for the cause. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice some blood tests like hb, tlc, dlc, esr,mp, sputum for AFB, chest xray, urine routine. With these investigations cause will be found and treatef accordingly.
