I was given depot injection with diprofos for severe chest pain a few years ago. The chest pains has since returned. I am not seeing the same doctor as I was years ago and any meds that is given to me is not working. What can I do to ease this discomfort?

You haven't mentioned the disease you got treated for. First of all get an EKG to rule out any cardiac reason if its okay then an x-ray chest. There can be lot of reasons for this chest pain go to an ER and then consult a cardiologist or whoever they refer you to.
