Suggest Remedy For Recurring Chest Pain With History Of AFib

Was recently diagnosed with AFib. On Metoprolol & Eliquis. Have been to ER 3 times with chest pain. EKG normal, heart rate good & blood work neg for Triponin. Dr. thinks it could be tracheal spasms. Waiting for referral to Gastro. But was given nitro glycerine in the meantime. I thought that was strictly for the heart. I m confused. Are my symptoms helped by the nitro?
